If you wish to exchange or return a product you have purchased, you have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to do so.


For products you have ordered through the e-shop, changes and returns can only be made through the e-shop, in accordance with our policy, as detailed below.



All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. For this reason they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.

Swimwear and underwear are excluded from the return and exchange process for hygiene reasons.

Furthermore, changes are not accepted for products with a discount rate of 50% or more, for products that are part of a special offer (2+1, 1+1, etc.) and finally, items that are part of a set cannot be returned separately.

Our team is always available (during eshop opening hours) to help you choose the right number for you.

The applicable change values ​​are
-5 euros per shipment for the whole of Greece
-12 euros per shipment for Cyprus

Each change is made through the courier company cooperating with us in order for the above prices to apply.

Product changes are done "hand to hand". You inform us in writing (instagram, fb) about the product(s) you want to return, as well as with which one(s) you want them to be replaced. Afterwards, we will resend the package with the selected products to your door, by courier. You simply deliver the old package to the distributor and receive the new one.

DEFECTIVE product:

In the case of a defective product, you should contact us immediately in the manner indicated in order for us to deal with the issue and proceed - as the case may be - with either repairing the product or replacing it or refunding your money.

The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the return of all the money will be made by deposit to the bank account indicated by you. In the case of a refund, you are responsible for the return costs. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
